from 1992 to 2002 there were multiple attempts to subdivide and rezone the land

on April 11 2003, in front of a crowd of over 500, the 21 blocks of land were sold…..

Ashfield Council and Defence could never reach an agreement on the drainage of the site

….. despite Defence attempts in 2008, 2013, 2019 the Inner West Council has not approved the development
